Om namah sivaya, although white and British I have a deep respect for Indian culture, practicing yoga (including pranayama and meditation daily) and attending Satsang at least once a week. It would be great to be part of an Indian household in which respect for the vegetarian diet is to be found. I am a peaceful non-drinker, focussed health professional.
