I am making an inquiry on this AD you posted for rent , My name is Ivy Stewart , am a student, Female 24yrs of age from Atlanta Georgia, i need the place for my studies. I am presently in London UK for a 3 weeks seminar. I am a cool and easy going person also friendly, i do not hang out late at night and i do not drink and smoke . I would like to know the monthly rent? and also for how long can i rent the place for, i mean ( when the rent starts and when it ends .)
