Big spacious c/room available near lakeside MRT(5 mins walk). tsushant2 at gmal dot com Very friendly and accomodating indian owner couple with Kid. master room occupied by a couple .hardly stays in house. one common room occupied by owner couple. another common room is up for rent. safe environment.. bach girls and boys or couple with no kid welcome. cooking allowed. no agent fees, no aircon, very fast celling fan. you will never miss aircon. however if aircon needed. arrangement can be discussed. Can share fridge/ w/machine etc. amazing location all the amenities and recreational facilities near by. Hotel like view from the room. walking distance to chinese garden lake with refreshing views to spend time, walk and for sports activities. single 600, couple with no kids 800.
