I am 31 years old single guy moving to Sydney around first week of March. I will be working in Chifley Square full time. I am looking for a room close to my work place or I can commute to my work easily. I am easy going, friendly, respectful and clean. I am looking for a furnished room with basic amenities like bed, mattress, wardrobe, internet etc. I will consider anything except shared bedroom. I am looking for a long term accommodation.
