I am a tenant of a 1 BHK apartment (750 sq feet) in White Plains, NY. I want to rent out my living room. You will need to buy your own bed. I will be sharing the apartment with you. I have all utensils, refrigerator and a small dishwasher. The laundry is located in the basement of the building, which is coin-operated. I only have one parking spot, which I use for my car. You have a bus stand located within 1000 feet of the apartment building, and 2 different train stations located within 1 mile each.The utilities are separate from the rent ($20 each for WiFi and between $50 to $100 each for electric and gas, depending on usage). My current lease expires on March 31st 2025. Ideally, I want to add you to my lease, so that you can get a set of keys to the building and apartment. The process for addition to my lease, will be submission of your documents to the building with an application, and approval takes 24-48 hours per their email. I only have one payment portal, because I cannot add a second email to it, but you will be able to use your card to pay half the rent on the app. I will give you the login information, that way everything is transparent to you. If additional parking spots become available, the building will let us know, and it will be $75/month.
